The absolute worst airline. If I could give them zero stars I would. Our flight was delayed 8 hours for mechanical issues then I was bumped off the connection and delayed to the next day even though my fiancé who was booked on the same reservation was not. Finally they lost our luggage and the customer service team could care less about making things right for us. I will absolutely never fly them again.

The Delta terminal at KCI makes us wish even stronger that the new airport should get here earlier than planned. Not a good experience at all, hope the new airport will raise the bar higher for Delta in KC.
