Probably the best haunted house I have been to in Kansas City. I am basing this on: the detail and theme of each room, the amount of people or "things" that scare you unsuspectingly... How my friend and I ended up getting lost in one section. And you cannot use a flashlight or your cell phone to find your way out. Please note if you take your cell phone out of your pocket the staff will know and you will be walked out of the haunted house!!! They don't want their secrets on the internet plain and simple. You have to feel around in the dark and try to find the exit. Lots of different rooms, various objects, spooky things to look at, but look real. Very diverse and well done. I would go through this one again if given the choice.
Check out their combo passes to save a little $. Tickets are barcodes on paper receipts, so hang on to them! Happy Haunting!

You have to go here and the Edge of Hell they are the top haunted houses! At this to your fall bucket list!
The liability waiver does include shock. You can find it as point 13 on www.kcbeast.com liability waiver in the pull down menu. That said, the shock is the voltage of hand buzzer but psychologically it feels like more because, excuse the pun, it is so shocking. We of course don't have anything that will hurt you. Most people don't ever even feel it.
Your best bet is to check with the individual haunted houses regarding their age policies. If they have no restrictions try it yourself first to see what it is like.
I see there's a $10 service fee for online purchase, does this apply if you purchase in person? Second, if I purchase tickets now, can they be used another date? And lastly, if I purchase a group, can we get a discount?

I highly advise ordering tickets, online. They are good for any date they are open! They have bundle packages for both haunted houses and even skip-a-line tickets, for faster entry. For a single ticket at the Beast, it was $27 a piece! The only downfall is they charge a small fee for online ticket fees but then all you need is your phone to get in. No purses or any other valuables needed!! Hope this helps

It opened last weekend and will be open until Nov. 2. Macabre Cinema Haunted House opens this Friday and tickets will only be $13 and you can add Beast for $13.
Too many people going at the same time. No space in between groups. You literally walked in a single file line through the house because their were so many people! It would be better to go on a weekday then on the weekend.
Depends I paid 13 plus a ticket feet, but they were half off. If you get tix online you avoid the line, you can also buy a fast pass to avoid the wait. Tix, depending on promotions are anywhere from 26+
