I called for a bat removal. While I was waiting for a callback I was calling multiple places for whoever responded and could get here the quickest. When I got a call back from this place the quote was $400 for the removal. A different bat removal service had given me a lower quote at $275 just moments before and was already on the way, so I kindly told the caller I no longer needed them to come out, but thank you. The guy on the phone says “well thanks for wasting my time” and hangs up on me. Rude and overpriced. What a hussle. There are far kinder and less expensive bat removal companies out there.

Shawn came out on time the day after I called. He identified the wildlife problem and told me how I could easily resolve it. He could have charged me for the trip but did not. He was also at our house over the summer to eliminate bees and they quickly vanished.

We had an ant infestation yesterday that another company identified incorrectly but Garfield with Diamond Pest Elimination saved the day. He correctly identified the insect and it was swiftly taken care of! We are very appreciative! We would highly recommend them if you have a pest problem in the future!

Called first thing on a Monday for a yellow jacket issue that was noticed over the weekend, at my mother's residence. They were able to send someone out that afternoon. They went above, and beyond to address the situation, locate the hive in the attic, and remove it. The problem was much worse than was originally thought. The men did a fantastic job taking care of it. My mother is very happy, and so am I. Thank you again for your professional, courteous work. Highly recommended.

Hi Ellie, Not sure how old this question is but since we have you listed as one of our customers we are glad you got through. Regarding no call backs, our answering service had an issue at one point a few months ago that has been remedied. You should always expect a call back from us within a few hours.
