The couple times my boyfriend and I have gone there the staff was extremely rude. The young girl acting like she was gonna throw up because of our bottles. The older Asian woman they call "Ma" shorted us tremendously! Said we have to wash the bottles which by NYS it says that they DONT have to be which the paper is posted right on the wall. Now I know it would be the nice thing to do but my boyfriend and I pick cans everyday. It's our way of making money so we don't have the time to go home and wash 400 cans! We live next door, and still choose to walk the extra mile to go to Ric Recycling. So much better. They don't care if they're dirty and most importantly THEY'RE HONEST! And no I am not being paid to bash this company and praise another.

Phillip...I wish you would have asked for someone to contact the owners with that amount of a discrepancy. We just dont do business like that and are not out to cheat anyone. I questioned my employees and if u could give me a description of the two that counted it and the approximate time you were there, that would help. What can I do for you to make this right?
