Great place to swim... the campground looked very nice.. $3 for the day without camping and $5 if you are camping Hiking trails

Quiet, shady campsites with great parking and tent areas. This creek stays cool and swimmable all summer long. It's really cool to check out the rock and brick work done so long ago. Beautiful, very magical place.

Beautiful campgrounds. Lots of trees for shade or a hammock. Showers are large, clean and very private. Get there early on a Friday or Saturday as the sites filled up pretty quickly on a cool late October weekend. 15 minutes to Mountain …

Nice place to swim the water is very cool.. A couple places are kind of deep. But it is a good place for kids to swam also.

Is there a camp host? Would my things be alright if I go into town for a few hours or is there a problem with theft?

Never have had a problem with anyone bothering our campsite. Never had anything stolen unless it was a Raccoon or a Squirrel. LOL!

So I hear that you don't get cell signal at campground but is there anywhere in the park that does? Where would be the closest place to get cell service?

Does the campground fill up in the summer during the week or weekend? Also when is the best time to get there to snag a site?

It will also fill up early with daily swimmers earlier the better
