So I hear that you don't get cell signal at campground but is there anywhere in the park that does? Where would be the closest place to get cell service?

Near by the entrance of the cavern

The closest place with cell signal is at the entrance of the park area. You will lose signal not long after you turn off the main road going down into the camo ground. It is located down in a very nice quite valley.
