Brought my son into get his glasses fixed, they were not able to be repaired and no longer made the frame he currently had- so I made an appointment for a new exam. Showed up to the scheduled appt arrived early, we looked at frames until it was time to be seen. wrapped everything up with the Dr. went out ready to me with the Optometrist. We are waiting only one is availble and 3 people ahead of us and the store will be closing in 45 mins. The Greeter comes up and asked how old he was and when was his last exam I tell her and she states oh ok we have all his mesurments and we can complete your order over the phone, I will have them call you in the morning, me not knowing any different I went ahead and left. Waiting for a call- Called several time you can only speak to the call center- I had no return calls showed up the next day after work. I am asked if he is with me I said no I was told this could be done over the phone, but since I never received a call I am stopping in so my son can get his glasses ordered. I explained my frustration and yet again had to bring him back 3 days later. All in all I just wanted an apology and still no acknowledgement on how I have been inconvenienced.

This store has been understaffed for 2+ years. Unfortunately, insurance dictates where we can get exams, glasses, etc. Online ordering system is not functional, no one answers the phone due to staffing, and no option to leave a voicemail for assistance when they're less busy. Poorly managed, very frustrating.

Can't talk to anyone it's been since July 27 th here it is August 19th and still no glasses but they have my money either I get my glasses or my money

Absolutely the Worst experience I have ever had trying to buy new glasses. The staff is rude and incompetent.
