I went in for an eye exam. Wasn’t told they didn’t take my insurance until after I was there despite it being on their page. Received a 5 minute exam, over paid for contacts that they then wouldn’t cancel, and was charged for a contact exam that I wasn’t told I would be charged for. I went back to return my contacts per the customer service rep I emailed and was asked to sit and wait while my chart gets pulled instead of processing the return even though she had it sitting in front of her. Worst experience at an eye place ever
