I am a wheelchair user, whenever I have gone there, I do not feel as if I am treated as an adult (I'm 25). I am not very pleased with their customer service as they have taken several weeks before they could even look at my vehicle. If you're looking for a great wheelchair van repair place, I suggest Agor Enterprises in rochester. They got my van in 3 days and had it done in 3 days, also having the best customer care. I would rather drive triple the distance then to go here. Just my 2¢ P.S. The van I used to have, they told me it was too old and they would not work on it, And were not willing to help me find a solution. The second time I went there, they said they could fix it but it would not guarantee it not happening again. Aka, problem not fixed. I don't usually give bad reviews. But after 3 visits being treated the same way all 3 times. This is one that needed to be done.
