So , welds Fargo at foothills is a joke , long lines not enough staff and so forth , now the wood creek location add to this . They don’t even have tellers to do transactions and this been going on days now . I am so disappointed with this financial institution calls itself a bank . We are in age that you can’t even go to bank and have your financial needs met . It’s time to bail this institution. I am sure there is other alternatives than this fiasco bank !

Well my mother who lives in Sun City wanted some information in English and the teller person took that as racist and a week later the bank manager called my mother (78) and she was told she was no longer welcome in that branch. I have been in the mortgage business for 32 years and I have had relationships with Wells Fargo and this exemplifies the kind of company they are besides the fact that they created fake accounts to get bonuses. If you use Wells Fargo you do at your own risk and if you happen to be Caucasian watch out they will label you as a racist before you open your mouth. If live in in Sun City or if you are an American Citizen do not use this firm. I will be contacting the bank manager and the president of the company as this does not belong in our society.

I had a fairly complex type of account to set up and had already been told by several other banks they could not do this type of account. I went to this branch of Wells Fargo, and they were happy to help me. John Shiboyan made the entire experience both efficient and pleasant, and the entire team made me feel welcome as a new customer.
