Their loan agent ran a hard inquiry on my credit without authorization. Made effort with the agent and branch manager trying to confirm and get the written or verbal authorization (It's possible I authorized and didn't remember). They ran around in circles, came up with excuses and seemed to have no understanding of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
