We have had multiple business accounts since 2001. I called regarding high service charges on our account...they transferred me to Angel which I waited on hold....when he came to the phone I was answering a question to my assistant and rather than communicating or waiting the 5 sec or putting me on hold or many other choices ...he just hung up literally as I was saying hello.
