Dealing with my Mother's account when she was no longer able to was a nightmare. Despite my Power of Attorney form her Trust, they wanted their OWN POA signed, even though she was no longer capable. Took a long time for their legal team to verify the trust and POA, despite all the legal paperwork I gave them. They even asked if she could come to the branch. Geez. Now with her passed I have to try and close her accounts.

I’m calling to open up two business bank accounts. I called this branch’s phone number listed here. It took me to their customer service center, not the branch. CSR told me the phone number I called is in fact the branch’s phone number and to try calling again. Same thing happened and was directed to the customer service center, not the branch. 2nd CSR told me that I will need to schedule an appointment at the branch to open up a business bank account. I asked her if it is possible to just get a yes or no answer whether or not they are willing to open up two business bank accounts for my high risk business as opposed to potentially wasting gas, time, and money. 2nd CSR put me on hold to find out. 2nd CSR came back and said here is the direct number for the branch so you can call and ask. I called that number, stayed calling for a while, then that number eventually hung up on me. Terrible customer service and definitely a sign that I shouldn’t bank with them. Update: even if you call the number listed here and then “press 4 for speak with a CSR at your local banking office” the phone line will still hang up on you. Update: I tried calling one more time, pressed 4 and FINALLY got through to the branch. 30 minutes and 7 different phone calls just to speak with a human at this actual branch and get a yes or no answer.

Very unhappy they have been closed Saturdays had to use another bank to get money.
