Worst place to get test for covid staff don't know what their doing never get the results luckily I went to get tested at fairplex same day and got my results the next day don't waist your time I saw a lot a people complain while waiting in line about not getting the results

I'll be honest, they have been so backed up with all the testing that I've had to call to get my results a couple of times because they never emailed them to me. But the staff here is excellent. I arrived 30 minutes after they were finished testing but one of the nurses was kind enough to squeeze me in even though she didn't have to. While I was waiting, my car overheated and I had to wait for it to cool down. One of the cleaning ladies was kind enough to provide me with some water for my car and helped me to repair the hose that busted. I know this is unrelated to the clinic itself but it was a testament to how hospitable the staff here is. 11

A family member was supposed to go to Whittier Urgent Care, but accidentally lined up for the drive thru testing site from Carenow urgent care in Whittier where they partner with Biological lab. Received email to access to the results the next day. We never had a chance to get to know the test results because it kept saying the names and DOB didn’t match their records. We called their lab contact number so many times, no answer. We talked to the “Carenow urgent care” , they only said they are busy , just keep calling the lab. We felt like this urgent care and lab is very Strange! Not sure if anyone else experienced the same.

This is the lab that is used by the school sites to test in our area. The number listed goes directly to a voicemail with no identifying personal or company name/info. I left a voicemail several hours ago and have called several times and no answer. Businesses should really have a main line listed and should indicate who you are leaving a vm with. Pretty unprofessional.
