First time customers to Ashley home store. The sales specialist Mr.Domingo gave us a warm and friendly welcoming. He took his time to show us around the store. We had many questions and concerns he answered every question we had. He is very knowledgeable and patient with us. Our experience here was like no other we have had before. I don't learn from my past experience with Ashley Home store, and I fall into the trap again. Everything was very nice before buying, then the nightmare comes. Of two purchases I've made, both have flaws and I'm tired of letting you know, and it's always a different story. They have even lied about being in the store to solve the problem. Really, I am so disappointed, that the good luck of the staff of this store does not touch me. I will have to look for others, to see if the competition has something better to offer.🤬🤬🤬🤬

I have been furniture shopping for my new home. Would visit Ashley s every other week to see if they had new inventory. Today, I was approached in an unprofessional way asking me did I have an appointment. I was confused. I told her I was browsing to see if they had something new. She told me that I neded an appointment to browse if I wasnt purchasing. Called cooperate they said there was no policy change. So, I went back to bring my concerns to the manager. She said it was because of Covid. Okay! Not buying this. But please but a sign at your door stating that you need an appointment due to covid. Because as of October 5,2020 there was none.

This store is RIDICULOUS... once they answer and you get sent to customer service it’s over an hour wait.. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for some missing screws to my dining room chairs and still can’t get them sent...
Sad to say that some people do spend that on a bed. For that amount of money you could furnish several rooms if not a majority of a house.

We've implemented additional safety measures, and are closely following the social distancing guidelines from the CDC. For stores located in states where they have mandated the use of masks in public, we will follow with those set guidelines. We are a fever-free zone. All of our team members are checked for fever using touchless thermometers at the start of every shift. This is our policy and we are dedicated to abiding by it.
