I reviewed recently, previously complaining about being charged twice for the $44 they require before your animal is seen, like other reviewers have. When I had brought this to the office persons (Brandi ) attention, she told me “the second charge cancels out the first charge” and literally told me $44+$44=0. The day I reviewed on this site, someone called me from the vet office after seeing my comments. She then reiterated that $44+$44=0. Enough said.

I'm going from 4 stars to two stars, I get it prices are going up on everything. Gas, Food and everything else including costs on our Fur Baby needs... But come on I just paid $200 less than 6 months ago for a kitten plan and they have now raised the same plan to $535 for each Kitten Plan!! Time to start looking else where for better pricing, you can't even make an appointment unless you pay them up-front!! Who does that, well they do here and you still got to wait about an hour even with a paid up front reservation.

They have new staff, they lady who is training them isn't doing a very good job. They were trying to over charge me after I had already paid what I was told would be my total. Went to go pick up my cat and said I still had a balance of 44 dollar which is what I had given as a down payment. They wanted to charge me my down payment twice. So please make sure you get the invoice with what your told will be your total before you step out of the office.

I find them to work with you and are very good about fitting you in if needed
They did the last I checked
I have a cat they charged me 35 for rabbies shots not sure about dogs.
I'm on a major budget since losing my job..And my kitten needs to be seen asap do you bill?
Take your cat to the vet.
yes they do go to the humane society near you and they can do it there
It depends on the weight.
You can also apply for Care Credit a credit card with very low interest and sometimes no interest if paid off in a certain amount of time if it's over $99 I believe you can go online and Google CareCredit and apply there and wait for your card or use the scratch pay that John above talks about
I don't believe they do, I tried to take a pet bird and they said they dont do small animals. A Guinea pig might be considered a small animal. I would call and ask them.
Good question. No
Depending if puppy/kitten I recommend the plan it includes everything for a year a nod free visits and care. Regular I believe it depends on the weight. 18-30
