The location at 7515 nw Praire View Rd, Platte Woods, MO (KCity suburb) was amazing...Stewart & Marty made sure I got a car when the 800 call reservation had messed up...no other location: airport, Gladstone & 600 Grand did even though all said they had a car for me, gave me a reservation # and then said "no car" when I was heading to get it. Stewart & Marty made it happen & Dan was helpful with my luggage since I had a knee brace. Great service guys!☺
