Customer service was awesome.Rooms are nice pillows are great.. the indoor pool is tiny in mine and my kids opinion!! The breakfast was really good. They had pretty much every option possible for a good breakfast!!

Positive: The room was very cleaned the breakfast was excellent. The staff was also very nice Negative: The shower pressure was weak and the pool was not open, FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I PAID FOR THIS HOTEL ROOM THE POOL SHOULD HAVE BEEN OPEN! NO AND IF BUTS OR NO EXCUSE. IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT I WOULD HAVE WENT SOMEWHERE. DEFINATE DEAL BREAKER

This hotel looked nicer from the outside. The lobby was nice but once we got into our room it looked like the floor hadn’t been vacuumed and both queen beds had stained sheets. The thermostat was a little confusing to me but it kept us cool! This place worked for our few hours of sleep we needed but I wouldn’t stay there long term. But we’re glad for the place to lay our heads for the night.

The girl at the front desk was super nice and for her sake I would love to give this hotel a good review, but I just can't. The room had a dirty feel to it and the furniture was very worn. A little fresh paint or magic eraser would help the walls alot. The bathroom however was just dirty. A splash of urine on the seat and dirt on the counter just confirmed why the room felt dirty when we walked in. All of the employees were very nice though.
