Not sure where the 4 and 5 star reviews are coming from. I based my stay off of the high reviews, but maybe their room was a lot better than mine. I was shocked at how dirty my room was especially for the price we paid. The room was in desperate need of deep cleaning and upgrading. There were stains all over, photos attached. The bed is extremely firm and uncomfortable and the pillows super flat and needing replaced. I was pretty irritated we paid so much money a night for a dirty room that where I was nervous to touch things or even lay in the bed. The staff were nice though. The breakfast was hot, but not that great and nothing really left even half an hour before closing. Just overall disappointed, and wish we would've stayed at the Holiday Inn right down the road.

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast had vegetarian and some gluten-free options. They also had dairy free milk. I have many eating restrictions so it was a pleasure to see these options. I would recommend this hotel

Room, lobby and grounds were clean and well kept and the staff friendly. The hot breakfast is nice with plenty to choose from and they have a little business center in the lobby. I noticed a few dogs, so for your traveling fur babies they are welcome. The down side is the beds were not comfortable and pillows are really thin, linens are thin and scratchy. They look really nice. I think it's just an issue with quality. There is so much transferred noise that if you are a light sleeper it makes it so difficult to rest well. I could easily hear the traffic outside, the people above and beside me. Their foot steps, water running, toilets flushing, doors, and talking. The other thing that's not initially explained is those surprise fees they add to your bill ie.extra taxes for the area and so on. As well as a type of hold they add that per management will fall of the card in a matter of several weeks...the end bill was a bit of a surprise. The cost is as much as the better quality hotels next to them and in no way represent the same comfort.
