Although it was newly renovated, there was a lot wrong. The internet was strong on the first floor, but I could not connect to it from the 3rd floor. The blinds are electrical, which is cool - except the fact that the cables were sticking out and not connected to anything. We couldn't have had more light in the room if we wanted it. It should have been the best hotel in the area, but it's possible it was the worst.

Positive: The only issue that I found was that the hotel seems it has been renovated, but there are some small details on the physical space that shows the previous run down hotel. Can not pin point each of them. It's something you notice when in the bathroom. Negative: Bathroom look outdated on certain details. Like under the sink, bathtub, shower,some other ones.

I got to the hotel, and the front desk staff was on the phone as I walked in. So, I walked over to get a cup of coffee in the lobby. There were 2 coffee pots, and both of them were empty. So, I walked back to the front desk to book a room. The staff member was no longer at the desk. I stood there for a few minutes, waiting. Seems as if they like to hang out in the back. Overall, the hotel looked nice. But as soon as I opened my room door I could smell mold. I took a look at the HVAC unit to look at the filters and found that they were very dirty. So, I cleaned them in the shower. It didn't really seem to do much good, so I pulled the cover off the unit. Well. There was the mold. Photos are uploaded in this post. I'm only here for one night , so I will deal with it. All I can say is great job done head house keeper, and generally manager.

My fire alarm was chirping in my room. Called the front desk person. Asked if it could get a new battery. Was told no. Put up with it, leave the motel or move to another room. It was 11pm. Thats great customer service. Overall you guys might want to train the rude front desk people. I was disappointed several times by different staff. They are rude to customers. They don't answer the phones and you have to ask more than once to get problems fixed if they will fix them. Was there almost a week and room was never cleaned, no trash emptied, no new towels.
