Had a hose break on my truck today. Called Firestone to see if they could help me if a tow truck brought me to them. They were great. He said he only had 3 technicians today but he would do his best. We were there for several hours as they called around to find the right hose. He had the hose brought over to make sure it was the right one. They had my truck fixed and I was out before 4:15. I will be doing business with them from now on. Thank you for such great service. Deborah Davis

Maybe they are overwhelmed? But I found the customer service to be meh. Bought 4 tires, etc. and they didn't even put my spare back up under the truck. Just threw it in the back.

This crew made sure My Christmas Eve was Merry and Bright. Repaired my flat tire in no time. Did it with a smile and got me back on the road. Highly recommend Firestone.

I have called numerous times and it seems like no one has the time to help you OR they tell you they are busy and will call you back but never do. I do regularly scheduled maintenance on my vehicle and they lost the sale as they didn’t feel “comfortable” doing it. I went and had the work done elsewhere and the transmission is just fine. That’s what happens when you take care of your vehicle! The guy basically argued with me and told me that they probably wouldn’t help me. If I knew the way Firestone treated their customers I would have never applied for their credit card. Zero balance DUE to poor customer service. I have been to several Firestone’s and never been treated or neglected like I have been with this store. Terrible, basically just talk down to customers or don’t have time. Don’t contradict a customer.
