Decided to give this Starbucks another visit. This time I got the dbl bacon, egg and cheddar, it was so much better than the bacon, egg and gouda! It was hot, loaded w/bacon and the cheddar was ooey gooey. My cappuccino had plenty of foam just like I wanted. The person at the drive thru window was very nice.

We asked for the protein box with carrots and peas and the nastiest Reply I've ever heard at a drive-in through, one exception being McDonald's, came on the mic and told my fiance...."um sir we have nothing on our menu with peas and …

Claim they can't redeem rewards here even though they have little signs saying "redeem rewards here". Probably just to lazy to learn how.

Questions & Answers

It would greatly improved your business, especially from repeat customers, if your service was faster. I used to live in Seattle where baristas have to be fast because there is huge competition. Slow is not consistent with the Starbucks brand.

Since March 2018, this Starbucks inside Kroger is closed most of the time because the usual employees either left or no longer want to work there and have gone back to their other Kroger cashier jobs. The guy who was the manager of this one, a Kroger employee, left to go work at a real Starbucks. He should be put on blast because the last few weeks he was there he openly said he didn't care and didn't have time to fool with this location because he was leaving Kroger's employment, but you'd think because he's gone to work for Starbucks he'd like to leave this location with a good work ethic. He bragged about getting hired at a Franklin Starbucks. I think that Starbucks should keep on eye on him. What happens when he decides to move on? But shame on Kroger too for not training enough people to work in their location and seeing to it that it's run proper. I never had this kind of nonsense with any other Kroger location. Plus it's over 10 miles to the nearest Starbucks in Spring Hill.
