Incredibly overpriced room for the level of "comfort" we experienced. The room smelled awful and was in the middle of being remodeled. There were patched places all over the walls. The lock on the door was broken. The mattress was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever sat on. Once I discovered a mysterious dark stain on the mattress cover, I was done. We checked out a full 12 hours early.

First the staff were beyond nice and helpful. The room was clean and the fact it was some spots on the walls seem to be going through improvements didn't bother us. Only two main problems made our stay less than pleasant. The mattress is real firm. Mattress order must have gotten mixed up with a local prison. Second the shower was a bit shanky, not the most pleasant. And last but not least, though it wasn't a big deal for me, there was no breakfast so buyer beware. For the price expected a stay more comfortable so won't be going back when visiting the area again.

ALL PHOTOS ONLINE FOR BAYMONT IN COLUMBIA, TN ARE NOT FROM THIS HOTEL * I SAW NOTHING THAT LOOKED LIKE ONLINE PHOTOS 1. Mattress very comfortable for us BUT…………….. 2. Sheets were not changed during our stay of three nights 3. Live water bug on bathroom floor 4. Refrigerator inoperable 5. Ice machines out of order 6. Room was not vacuumed during three night stay 7. Microwave had spilled food in it and on cabinet drawer handles 8. Receptionist stated renovations started two years ago (2020), yet was not completed 9. Curtains falling off window 10. Television remote control taped together with blue duct tape 11. Bath soap was not replenished, Good thing I had a bar from home In my overnight bag 12. Towel racks/Shower curtain rod rusted 13. Tub was not clean and was slippery -very unsafe. Need handrails! 14. Bugs in light fixtures NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! Over paid since stay was during Mule Days in Columbia, TN SHOULD BE ABLE TO POST PHOTOS I HAVE A PHOTO FOR EACH COMPLAINT

Bad experience for high price. Tv not hooked up properly -- did not work, same for coffee maker. Room looked like it was halfway renovated. No bedside lamp. Seemed clean. Areas of paint on wall not completed and holes where lamps should have gone. No breakfast. I wish I had read earlier reviews and stayed elsewhere--very overpriced.
