The pharmacy department is very rude and incompetent. I have gone to this pharmacy twice and they have not given me my complete refills. I have texts supporting that I asked for the prescription to be held. I have texts supporting that the prescription would be held. Yet, when I spoke to the pharmacist she attempted to lecture me about my refill being put on the shelf and it was my fault. I asked could my prescription be sent to me free of charge since this was there fault. The pharmacist was rude , the supervisor 04/07/2022 was condescending. She tried to tell me there was no way to leave a voicemail with the store manager. I don’t know what the issue is here and I’m really kind of surprised that they treat customers medications in this unprofessional manner.

Columbia is completely changing. With this dc and Baltimore crisis things are not headed in the right direction. Everyone is slow as heck here! Lines are extremely long. Catch a grip

This CVS pharmacy is a trouble place. My doctor prescribe me 20 tablets and they filled order with 19 tablets. I am surprised how a pharmacy can do this. I called and tell about their mistake and they refused to accept their mistake. The person on phone was rude and unbelievable. This is time to change pharmacy indeed.
