I have never and I mean never written a hotel review but this stay was inspiring. This hotel was so NASTY. Just plain filthy. The front desk staff was subpar… the woman that checked us in was very sweet she just seemed tired which is completely understandable I would probably be tired as well working here. Anyways— the man I spoke to about needing a plunger for our room was less than displeasing to interact with (and how you clog a toilet with low viscosity liquid is beyond me). There was a substance that looked like fecal matter stained on the hand-towel in our room. The A/C was great but the controls to turn it up/down/off did not work so the room was freezing half the night. 3/4 of the outlets in the room didn’t work. I’ve never been so disappointed in my life. I’ve seen Motels on the side of the highway that offered better quality.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Most staff spoke limited English and requests for materials had to be asked several times. There was a domestic disturbance the night of June 6 into June 7. The employee volunteered the room number 231 of where the disturbance was to my husband as if he should go take care of it. The employee stated they were aware of the noise, the entire hotel could hear it. The disturbance lasted from approximately 10:40 PM TO 5:20 AM. My husband requested that the police be called and the employee stated that he was not allowed to do that. However, he assured my husband he had been up to the room on 2 occasions to ask them to settledown. The employee volunteered the information as if it was my husbands job to go upstairs and handle the situation. We heard all of the commotion as our room was directly below in room 131. We had been staying at this location since June 2nd while I recovered from a medical procedure, that required me to get rest in order to recover. There was no rest that night and I had to be up for a 6:30 doctor's appointment on June 7. On June 7th I asked for a Supervisor at 6:00 AM and was told the Supervisor would arrive at 9:00. He was not available each of the 3 times I went back to the front desk, 9:20, 11:35, and 3:50 PM. I was finally able to speak to the supervisor on departure June 8, 10:35. Requested to be compensated for the the room charge for night of disturbance and was told I needed to email him and then he would review exactly what we had just discussed and determine if I would be given a discount for that night. I asked for a refund for the full amount of the 1 night stay and that's when he insisted on an email. He told me the best he could do would be between 15-30% off the nightly rate. Which I then explained was unacceptable. They allowed a domestic dispute to take place on the premises of the hotel and failed to report the dispute. The only consequence for the disruption was the couple was asked to check out the morning after the disturbance. There is no concern for the safety of their customers. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

I don't usually review places. But this is the worst hotel I have ever been to. The staff at night is totally unhelpful and they don't care at all. All I did was say my key didn't work to get in and the staff member who doesn't have a name lol ran away and wouldn't even try to help. Not to mention this place is disgusting and you can tell they don't clean. I am sorry for the actual good employees. Please never stay here because all they will do is run from you and not even try to help at all even though you pay over $109 a night for someone to care less. All I did was ask why my key didn't work to get in and the woman ran away and had no name. Wow please save yourself time and money never stay here. The rooms are disgusting and the night staff who has no name cuz she knows she is worse are not worth the money you pay.

This place is nasty !!! Roaches loud noises mice. Drunk and people walking the halls. I was supposed to stay 3 nights. I lasted 7 hours I really tried to give this place a chance. The weed smoke was all from the time I was there until I left. The carpet was so thick and greasy from the previous owner. When you go tell the front desk . They will move you to another room that smells like cigarettes. You’ll also see dead roaches . The microwave didn’t work. The bedroom looks old and out dated. The dish washer don’t work. This was absolutely the worst and most gross hotel I’ve stayed in. Very bad management. I will never recommend that place nor stay there.
