The service was awful. The woman treated me as if I was retarded because she was unable to write my e-mail address correctly. She even thought I couldn't remember my e-mail address! Fortunately, another male employee took over and correctly wrote my e-mail address. Also, UPS is expensive. I prefer to go to Staples where I have complete control of accomplishing the task myself for a much cheaper price.
