They don't want to repair a furnace in my friends mobile home. Trying to get tenant to repair it. Tenant rents, does not own mobile home. Who owns the property ??

It's Sun Homes. Its illegal for a tenant or for anyone to repair a furnace in MI. unless they're licensed in MI.
