We had some less-than-fabulous experiences here in the past, but decided to give it a try again today. Apart from some difficulties with their POS/ordering system, it was great. The manager and staff were very polite and apologetic when they realized my order hadn't been correctly entered. I'd only been waiting about 10 minutes, too. The sammiches were *proper* sammiches. I asked for "a little extra meat" on one, as previously they'd been a bit light... Well, I'll be damned if there wasn't a solid 2 inches of cold cuts on there - awesome! A genuine sandwich that reminded me of my favorite delis from downstate. I do wish the hero bread had a bit more chew/crust to it, but that's really just my personal preference. All-in, this was a delicious and satisfying experience!
