Yeah, I recommend just being up front with them and see what happens. People have bad things happen to them that can affect the score. They'll look at more than just the score.

The amount of Rent depends on each Individual or Family. It's not fixed. Plus, You pay for water. Plus, People who have pets. Dogs & Cats pay more for Rent Barbara.
