Completely run down. Roads are horrible. Homes are cheap and not maintained well. Horrible & incompetent management. We have mold among many other issues they refuse to fix. Got a couple months left on our lease and we are out of here.

We installed a security camera system throughout the park. It's a huge park, however the park is extremely clean, the owner is fabulous and the manager is a wonderful guy named Dan. He was such a great help and the people who live there that we spoke to were all very nice and happy to see a wireless security camera system was being installed

For rent
They aren't supposed to be, but there are some in here. Maybe they were grandfathered in or emotional support/service animals.
Actually I know for a fact that these "salvage trailers" are in fact repos. And the owner is re-doing the entire home right down to the studs in the wall to the roof being replaced. These homes are absolutely beautiful when they are done . They are doing a fabulous job with this park I,.e management and the owner right down to the maintenance. It's a great area great schools nice people with lots of kids. They care very much about their residents .
