Whats the deal with this trailer park? This is Nothing But a Trailer Park Salvage Yard half are Flint Burn Victims and Half are hauled in from else where, Never knew Swartz Creek/Flint Township allowed a Salvage yard here. 100 junk trailers atleast

Actually I know for a fact that these "salvage trailers" are in fact repos. And the owner is re-doing the entire home right down to the studs in the wall to the roof being replaced. These homes are absolutely beautiful when they are done . They are doing a fabulous job with this park I,.e management and the owner right down to the maintenance. It's a great area great schools nice people with lots of kids. They care very much about their residents .

I and my husband lived there for 11 years. It was great when we moved in in 2006.. went down hill when the new owners took over

Absolutely a dump.most of them living there are on welfare or disability.while the rest of working get to support them.
