Lockhart installed my new roof in the Fall of 2019. I was highly satisfied with the customer service beginning with the patience in explaining the process and answering all of my questions, to the timeline-communication, installation, and site cleanup. Three years later, a mystery leak appeared in the basement. Terry came out the same day to inspect not just the roof, but also looked around the home to see what might be causing the leak since the roof showed no issues. He offered to place a cap on the plumbing vent in case the water was entering the vent and flowing back to a crack in the vent pipe. Two days later, before rain was expected, he took time out of his day and climbed on the roof and installed it. It was clear Terry understood the anxiety a leak can cause (I was kind of freaking out), and doing what he could to help his customer. I value this type of customer service in a business. I called to use them, however, after providing information, I was told “I just want to be honest with you, since this is just a repair we are booking 3-6months out.” The lady was very nice, but I found it interesting that I told her upfront that it was a repair and the roof had caved in in a room, but she did not decide to be “upfront” until after I had provided name and address.
