Mice and roaches aren't signs of being nasty..... You wouldn't make it down south... Everyone in the south had roaches in their home no matter how clean they are and mice just means you probably live near a wooded area or a field it's normal for them to come inside when it gets cold and if you have a tiny crack anywhere they will make their way in. It has nothing to do with being nasty 🙄
