Old mobile homes. Mobile homes are mostly in disrepair. Mgmnt. doesn't keep up on mowing. All rentals here.

I live in the park. The rent is pretty reasonable. I pay $450.00 per month for a 2 bedroom trailer. You're also responsible for your own consumers, cable/internet, and phone. Water is charged by the park and usually costs about $50.00-$70.00 per month. It is a quiet park and everyone usually keeps to themselves. Hope this helps. God bless and keep you safe and healthy.
