Just moved in and I've got to say this place is a hidden gem. Super friendly staff! Also one of the only places NOT price gouging because of covid! New management has the park improving daily, friendly and timely maintenance staff and office staff. Highly recommend!

Very bad management took 2 years to get lights in my kitchen water leaks constant they refuse to fix things. My wife's car was froze in the driveway they are Terriable snow removably

This place went from bad to worse.. BEWARE OF THE ROACHES! I’m glad I moved before it got worse! Management was horrible barely got anything fixed in my house! IF I COULD THIS PLACE WOULD GET 0 STARS!

So the dog is a $250.00 non refundable pet fee deposit and the security deposit is $775.00 application fee is $25.00 for everyone over the age of 18. The rent to own is $775.00 a month for the home. Its a 2bedroom 1 bath singlewide. The pet Fee a month is $20.00 extra per pet limit two and the breed restrictions are Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire Terriers), Rottweilers, Husky’s Chows, Doberman Pinschers, and Wolf-Hybrid canines are prohibited. Credit not an issue its the back ground check and the pay stubs that matter most unless buying a new home
You are only allowed 3 days out of the year for the fourth of july we have been doing this for years outside of these 3 days you are not allowed. Also it lets those who have to work and or people who want to stay home and have fun to stay out of the crowds.
