I first moved into Rosewood right after they were done building it...i was the 2nd person to move into Rosewood and the first in my building. I never tore up my apartment, i was block club president for a few years...i lived there for six yrs, i was told that someone had to replace me as block club president. Noone wanted the position. I moved and they charged me 1,400+ for natural events..like the building settling...i messed up 2 things..a vent..$6 and my kitchen floor my kids burned a year before i moved that i had told them about and noone ever ever came to see it. Im still not happy with . nice tho. Still have friends there that i miss.
