Starbucks in Florence Ky. On Mall Rd. Directly acrossed from Florence Mall. Exceptional, friendly and patient staff was amazing! Especially a young man named Johnny. He was great and helped me figure out the drink I was explaining to him. Definitely our favorite Starbucks!

The service was good and fast. Restroom was clean. Overall the service and products were similar to what we would expect at any Starbucks location.

Ordered two mochas. Received these two drinks... Each half full. One seems to be the milk. One seems to be a hot chocolate. Neither have espresso. I don't typically read reviews for Starbucks but looks like I should have.

No I know there closing at 2 pm now and supposedly due to a Corona mandate that's 2 weeks long but I'm not 100 percent sure just what I heard
Yes. Masks are required and there are clear barriers.
Don't think they gave an end day. So who knows. Hope it's soon!
