Don't bother unless you want to pay more and not even get it sent to you. Another skate place never shipped my order. So I came here to get what I needed. Placed an order late at night on the 20th. Paid extra to have it next day knowing that it would be sent out the next day. Thus I should have it on the 22nd. Just had to call them to figure out where it was and they told me they have not even shipped it yet and it is after today's cutoff too. At this point it is the 22nd already. So that means I will not see it to probably next week. Why am I paying you more for the product, paying for next day shipping, and still not going to see it for a week? If you offer next day and have people pay for it then actually do it instead of lying to your customers and having them pay you to do it.

UPDATE: Stan from Operations promptly responded to my review below to explain the return policy in greater detail and also reached out to me directly to try to rectify the situation I experienced. I can tell that he really cares about his business and the satisfaction of his customers as he took the time to talk to me and offered to refund the remaining store credit balance to my credit card. I am now open to shopping at Inline Warehouse and it’s affiliates in the future. Some advice I would give to other shoppers is to take a photo when you open your item or a video of the unboxing/right before you pack it back up to hopefully better assist customer service in determining the condition of the item for a return. ——————————————————————————————————————————————————————— Bought an over $200 pair of inline skates back in June. I am still sour over my experience so here goes this review. I tried the on the skates only once for few minutes inside my home.Turns out they were not the correct size. I decided that I would return the product to Inline Warehouse. I inspected the skates to make sure they were clean and in the same condition they arrived to me in. Something to note: The wheels were a little yellowish when the skates arrived to me. I assume the urethane had begun to break down from sitting in a warehouse or it was a manufacturing defect. I proceeded to pack them up carefully as they were when they were delivered to me. I then dropped off the package to UPS. I had the skates for only a few days. They sat unopened until I tried them on, once. When Inline Warehouse received my returned product, I got an email from them claiming that the item was in a “used and worn condition” and I would only be able to receive store credit minus a 10% restocking fee. I did not agree with this and called up customer service to explain that I only tried on the skates once inside my home thinking they would surely understand, be accommodating, and issue a refund to my original form of payment. The individual I spoke to had a nice tone, but did not help me at all. He put me on hold and spoke someone else. When he came back he just said that item is used and they don’t sell used items. What is the 10% restocking fee for then? I so wish I had taken a picture of the skates when I first opened the box so I could show that the condition I received them is the same condition they were when I sent them back. I still don’t agree that they were “used”. If one were to try on skates or shoes in physical retail store they wouldn’t chalk them up to be “unsellable” after a simple try on. They’d put them back in the stock room to sell or to be tried on by (maybe multiple) other people. I got the store credit but I didn’t see anything else I liked, so I bought a bunch of socks and a couple t-shirts that I didn’t really like or need. I just didn’t want to waste my money. I still have some store credit left that I don’t know if I’ll ever use. I am not happy with my experience with Inline Warehouse and will never shop there again.

Ordered a bag and paid for Express shipping and 2 days later I check to see if it'll arrive and it did only across the country in California smh. Sent email and nothing just saying ups should get ahold of me. Place a order before and all went well thought it was a decent place but thought wrong.

Amazing company with great customer service 100%! I recomend it with great prices!!. Only bad thing is if you buy online they ship through (UPS ) wich take longer than the expected delivery date i would suggest using ( FedEx ) instead!!.

UPS or FedEX doesn't offer the option for picking up packages on Sunday. Monday would be the next day that the shipping company is available to do pickups.
Retail is currently closed as of 3/24/21, though you can do order pick-ups at the door. Employees wear masks at all times and have temperatures monitored before clocking in. They've also placed sanitation stations all over the building and changed practices (like the conference and break rooms) to promote social distancing.
They do not, but their sister company Skate Warehouse certainly does! https://www.skatewarehouse.com/
TRYIW10 Don't share with too many people :) It will help with items not restricted by the manufacturer or already on clearance.
The hockey swap is a chance for folks to get rid of old gear, and perhaps pick up something for themselves... but it used. It done here locally at our retail store to help folks that may be hard pressed to buy new stuff. We typically do this once a year. 'Swap Meet' of sorts.
