My review is not on the particular service of physical therapy and I can not speak to this. This review is on the process of accessing treatment and customer services. I would also like to note that I provided feedback to the company directly before placing this review. I called to get a consult for physical therapy as recommended by a medical professional. I am speaking about the Bourne Office. The receptionist quickly got frustrated with me when I asked a few clarifying questions about referrals, and scheduling. I noted in my feedback that my questions could have been interrupted the wrong way however Michelle Walsh was extremely unprofessional and got the point of raising her voice at me and being extremely rude. This was just to book a consult and do intake. It is disappointing as someone who is seeking help by a professional to be treated this way. I understand the World is in high demand and that staffing is difficult however I do wish Bay state physical therapy would consider the way their employees are treating potential clients and reconsider Michelle Walsh as the first line of access to individuals that are seeking help from them.

Amazing staff! Each time I went for my session, I felt welcomed from checking in through leaving. Staff is always helpful, kind, considerate and happy! My therapist, Cathy was incredible! She talked and listened to me about how I was feeling. I knew she heard what I had said because she would adjust my therapy to fit my pain level. I would highly recommend Bay State Physical Therapy in Plymouth. I would give them 10 🌟stars!!

I am really happy that I chose Bay State physical therapy. I worked with Ali Whipple, and she was fantastic. Her knowledge, and patience in this whole process worked for me. I have had 4 surgeries. 2 hips, 1 triple arthroscopic foot surgery and another hip, all within 2 1/2 years! Each time Ali Whipple got me up, and walking with a program that worked for me. She even got me ready for my last surgery which the surgeon duly noted. I truly can’t say enough good things about Ali Whipple. This was a long hard journey for me that she really helped me through.

Bay State Physical Therapy Plymouth location has the greatest people working there. It is a clean and well organized location with all the tools needed to assist those in need. I recommend Megan Seymour as a therapist to all. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind, personable, always available, and funny (don't tell her I said that). She answered all of my questions and worked me back to health. I had knee surgery, which had an incredibly long recover time and somehow she always had a smile on her face when I walked through the doors so early in the morning. I appreciate everything you have done for me Meg. I couldn't have done it without you. Thank you - Jennifer
