Jody in the service department provides poor customer service. I understand my issue would have only been $500 in revenue but the Santa Maria Jeep dealership provided superior cs and didn't require me to prepay for 2 additional keys because they did not have them in stock! When AAA is dropping off the vehicle, you have 1 key in stock, it simply does not make sense to require the cust to prepay for a 2nd key that your parts dept is ordering nor does it make sense to state that you won't hold on to the key you have in stock. SM didn't have any keys in stock but will have them in the a.m. and will also have my money. With 3 Jeeps and multiple Dodge vehicles in the household I will not use a Cole dealership or company
