Disappointed as previous service was very good. Difficulty getting through on phone to service. On hold for 10 minutes. My car had hybrid malfunction and pre collision malfunction and at one point stopped working on freeway. Toyota charged over $160 for computer inspection and said this was due to low fuel levels which was not true. The car had no less than 1/4 tank of gas the entire week. Still not sure what caused the problem. I told the service representative and she checked with the technician and repeated the same answer. Disappointed.

Very professional service with good communication. Unfortunately the service department couldn’t find the source of my vehicles problem and my vehicle was not able to pass smog that is the reason for just 4 stars.

Good afternoon Diane, thank you for reaching out to Toyota SLO! Yes we do. Toyota just started making those recently due to all the thefts of cats on Prius and other Toyota's. Please give our Service Department a call on Tuesday to schedule an appt. We may have to order them as this has been a very popular new item. Pop open FOB and make sure you get the right size , remove old one , add new one , snap back together. Or go back to dealer and have salesman do it.
