The truth is I hate that when due to an accident you cannot arrive at the indicated time of your trip, the worst thing that could happen to you is a bad service so that they refund your money or change the time or day of your trip, the truth is that bad service they made me wait 2 - 3 hours I am almost very disappointed ...

Downtown is about 10 minutes walk. There are a few good restaurants and great coffee shop directly in the area of the train station. The beach is not near this train station. 🤔😬

How much luggage can I take on the train. I know Have to extra. I am handicapped and will need help boarding the train and then boarding the one that goes to Austin Texas. Will there be somebody to help transfer my luggage to my compartment?

I have parked my truck there a couple times overnight and have had no problems. There was plenty of parking when I took the 7:00am train down south.

If I have a one-way ticket with return date (7-10 days) to be determined, can I still park in long-term parking for free?

Downtown San Luis Obispo is within walking distance (15 minutes). So many interesting shops and coffee houses to browse through that you might lose track of time.

I believe so. I know they will give u something to put in the window of your car and you can park for free
