EverProven has changed everything I have felt about CrossFit. I was really intimated about doing CrossFit for a long time because of my age and lack of athletic background but all the coaches and members made me feel so safe and they encouraged me every step of the way. I was able to scale all the workouts to my ability and have grown so much because of it! My Fiancé started attending as well and loves it as well! If you are scared to do CrossFit, I have been there and I would highly recommend coming into Everproven to talk with one of the coaches. I promise you, you wont regret it! Hope to see you there!

I can't say enough good things about this gym! Before I started coming here, I thought there was no way I could ever do CrossFit. The workouts are scalable to all levels and the coaches are super helpful, attentive, and supportive. The community is also amazing. Everyone is encouraging and welcoming and I've always felt at home, which isn't always the easiest for me. I've also received excellent nutrition coaching. Between working out and keeping consistent with my eating habits I've managed to measurably decrease my body fat percentage by 10% (at least) and I'm in the best physical shape I have been in since I was a kid. For reference, I will be 48 this month. If I can do this, literally anyone can.

I've never done Crossfit before and heard many intimidating stories about it. Then I toured EverProven, began on-boarding one on one sessions with a coach, and began classes, and I love it! This community and group of coaches are so supportive and encouraging! I've always felt comfortable going at the pace right for me and they always know how to scale for my fitness level.

Hi Deanna! What we offer is a way of training fitness that encompass all other types of training. We use elements of everything from weightlifting to endurance to strongman to yoga and everything in between in what we do. The idea here is to help you become fitter and healthier by becoming better generally physically prepared. This means we want to help you get a little better at everything across the board and not just specialize in one thing. So to answer your question directly, it sounds like we would fit your needs. We don't use machines either ;) Hope this helps!
