I ordered ahead and I may have accidentally ordered a hot beverage when I really wanted to cold they switched it out for me at the window no questions asked super helpful and delicious

Great coffee per usual. They need more staffing, though. The wait is significantly longer than the Rochester location. Theres a definite need for at least one more person on.
