Great hotel right off high way close to many places to eat. Very quite nice pool and gym great breakfast. Rooms are nice very roomy bathroom is a little small but the room makes up for it. Hallways smell nice no mildew smell from the water from the pool.

The room was clean but there was a lot of noise from the highway. If I stay again I would ask for a room on the back side of the hotel. We had a king bed and my wife felt it was too firm. The shower was warm at best and would turn cold occasionally.

I've been spending weekends at this Inn for a little while now. I live with 6 other people and need some time to myself occasionally and so far have been extremely pleased with the accommodations as well as the staff. Unfortunately yesterday my experience was not so great. The manager was on duty at the desk and booked my room. Ground floor, which I don't like but was too tired to ask him to change it as he was handing me the already activated keys and I just wanted to get some sleep. To my great disappointment, when I got into my room, it was a room for someone with special needs. The bathroom was enormous but with nothing in it. Assistance bars all over the walls, no counter space whatsoever except just enough to surround the sink. My feet didn't even touch the floor when I used the commode. The bar in the closet was about 2 1/2 feet off the floor so my clothes were touching the ground. The bed felt like this mattress had been there for quite some time and the rugs were worn. I mentioned to the manager that I didn't like the room and his response was "Really?". That's it. Really. In my experience it's procedure to inform the guest if you can only offer a room other than what they are requesting. I'm sure it would be a great room, excepting the mattress, for someone in a wheelchair, but I am not, and now I am not comfortable renting here as I believe the management has no interest in pleasing the guest, only in getting as many rooms filled as possible in any way he can. I'd also like to add that I've never had a problem with any other desk clerk. They are all very pleasant and willing to accommodate. I've only had one other complaint when staying there and was immediately offered another room. But as I was able to fix the problem myself, I didn't take it. But it was nice to be given the option. I would never had accepted the room I stayed in last night, had I been informed before checking in. Sadly, I'll be looking for something else for my weekends in the future. Although I enjoyed most of my stays, I feel that if management doesn't care about the guests comfort, there can only be more problems in the future.

This stay was unacceptable, and and my friends were hanging out not making noise and one of the managers welcomed herself in. Me and my friends were stunned as she send everyone back to their own rooms. The next day the same thing happened I was in a room as the same lady walks in and sends us all back to our rooms. This was a Hockey tournament and everyone wanted to be with their friends but this lady made it not enjoyable for us. She threatened to call the cops and than actually did. I will not be staying here again!
