This bank branch is a complete waste of space. They have NO TELLERS, they CANNOT TAKE DEPOSITS, they are UNABLE TO DO WIRE TRANSFERS, or much of anything at all. The location is staffed with ONE lady that is unable to do anything except tell you to go to another branch. I have visited this branch many times and it used to be fully a functional bank branch... now it is a lobby with an incompetent lady that gives directions to the next nearest branches.

Cashless bank. Why am I banking with PNC if they are not operating as a bank? It is an ATM with a sales force. Pathetic
