Not the best hotel, but far from the worst the hotels rooms were clean and comfortable. The dryer on our floor was out as well as the elevator, stuff happens so no biggy. The hotel is conveniently places just two exits from the airport and three from the mall. There's plenty to do in the area during the day. The only real critique is the outlets in the room we stayed at had odd locations, for example the desk had no plug. The random sink outside the bathroom sink had one. It was just odd and a bit inconvenient for us specifically.

Nice place, we were very pleasantly surprised with the rooms and facilities. They have a pool and a gym, as well as a small business setup which I actually used to print a document. Nice room, really comfortable beds. There is no free breakfast but there's a restaurant on premises. Got a good mobile only special deal to come here at booking.com

At first glance, the room appeared nice, but that went downhill quickly. We couldn't regulate the room temperature no matter how we adjusted the thermostat. The fridge was not cold at all, even turned up the whole way. WiFi connection was horrible. Most of the outlets in the room did not work. The folks at the front desk were pleasant enough, but when I went to ask for more towels, instead of one of them going to get them, they told me to go to housekeeping and pick them up myself. Overall, not impressed with this place at all.

Very disappointed. I arrived Friday about 4:20, check-in is 3. Friendly front desk people, I was informed housekeeping was running late and I'd need to wait. No big deal, staffing issues - about 20 minutes later I was given a room. Put my luggage in and went off to see friends. Came back that night and grabbed the TV remote to check the news - that's when I realized the TV was covered in about 1/4 inch of dust, and there were soda stains or something on the screen. I cleaned it, staffing issues - I understand. The next morning I shower and the tub drain is backing up. I'm showering in 2 inches of standing water with gunk and other people's hair floating in the water. I call the front desk before I head out for the day and was told by the annoyed attendant they'd send housekeeping because maintenance has already gone. I ask if they can put Drano down or something, and I get (again, annoyed) "I have no idea what they'll do." Fine, she's busy and having a bad day - it happens. The next morning, and last day I'll ever stay at a Ramada, I shower in 2 inches of standing water with gunk and other people's hair floating in the water.
