DO NOT RENT HERE. All these good reviews here are probably fake. Spend a bit more and find a better place (TRUST ME). The team in the office are extremely rude and disrespectful and do not care about your concerns. They will treat you extremely nice when you first move in and after they act like you don't exist. When me and my roommate first moved in, the house was extremely dirty, there were cockroaches and bugs everywhere. Also when i first moved in the dishwasher, microwave and fire alarm did not work. They will make you fill out a work order and take 6-8 weeks to look at and fix. Lastly, it is not a safe place at all. They leave all the gates and the doors open (24hrs) you can see random people who don't live here walking through the complex at all times. Somebody broke into my neighbors car couple months ago (no cameras in the complex too).

DO NOT RENT HERE. THEY OWE ME MONEY AND WILL NOT RESPOND. If there are rewards for mentioning employees in good reviews I hope the opposite is true. Justin, Willnayris, Carmen, anyone else in that office that makes you feel comfortable and like they’re gonna give you a good deal, ITS A TRAP!!

if i could give 0 stars i would. I reviewed this apartment on yelp 6 months ago, the day I called and asked to talk to a manager about multiple issues and i’m still waiting. No one has tried to reach out. The manager/s are CONSTANTLY not available and don’t return emails or phone calls. We paid a prorated rent when we moved in May 10th, now moving out, they expect us to pay the full rent and then will “refund us” then rest. However, this is SUPER concerning and sketchy because they have yet fix anything that we needed fixed when we moved. They charge you monthly for pest control but only come if you complain, which literally makes no sense at all, because why wouldn’t they spray monthly to avoid an issue, rather than wait until there’s an issue. They don’t allow you to keep your trash can outside anymore, and if you’d rather take it out yourself, they still charge you. I’m am just absolutely sickened by this place. DO NOT MOVE HERE. we only were able to view the model and our apartment is far from the condition that was in. Most of our drawers in the kitchen and bathroom do not work properly. The tiles in the bathroom are disgusting and showering here is your only option bc who wants to bathe in there. There was so much dirt left behind, hair stuck to the walls, beads in the door rails, food in the carpet, clothes behind the washer/dryer. Food behind the fridge. The balcony roof/ceiling is falling through/rotted. our dishwasher is not properly installed in the cubby and we have to move the drawer handle to open it all the way. Our microwave is warped and the handle is melted, blinds are bent, broken and falling off. our carpets had to be cleaned and then replaced requiring us to move in and out a total of 3 times in under 2 weeks. They said we would be credited a certain amount because of the inconvenience of our move in and we haven’t heard anything back about this of course. I could complain about so much more but my last comment will be- Pretty sure we’ve only been dealing with the new management company.

I live there now and have a 2/2 bdrm @ $1200+$75 valet/water fee... Used to be $900, leaving soon.... Fair warning though, it's becoming the "hood" here, it used to be quiet and very nice but now there's always loud music in the cars and a lot of noise... Mgmnt. is no help either....
