Being a first time home buyer I came into this entire process expecting the worst. Especially with the market being the way it was, I didn’t have very high hopes. Trying to buy a house while being overseas could have been very difficult, but Latonia made is so easy. She helped me understand what size house would be good for our growing family, how much to offer in order to be competitive, and completely took the lead on the entire process. I couldn’t be more thankful to have gotten so lucky with her. When we found houses we liked her and her assistant went the same day to record the property, and send me the videos. That same day the paperwork was put in for the offer. This has honestly been the best experience I could’ve had. My family is so excited to move into our new home in a few months. Latonia has taken so much stress off of our shoulders with this upcoming PCS. I will be recommending her to anyone who asks. If you are considering her as your Realtor, all I can say is she will not disappoint you!

King was very helpful! I wasn't even in NC but still got top dollar for my home. His teammates that work in his office are also amazing! They answered the phone whenever I called and were very helpful. There were some unexpected upsets (not due to them) but they kept me informed throughout the whole process. Specifically, King gave me CLEAR straightforward advice. Even some options were undesirable he laid them all out and clearly listed the pros and cons. I'd trust him with any property I have in NC.
