We recently worked with Roxanne and didn't have the experience she professes. Seems like a wonderful person that you can trust but in fact when things didn't go well due to her mistake our lives were changed forever. We lost our retirement due to Roxanne. When she was called to express the facts she mislead the real estate commission in order to not accept responsibility for her error. If you are a buyer, our advice is make sure you do all your homework. Have the home looked at by a real professional prior to purchase. We were unfortunate to place too much trust in this so-called likeable southern miss and will never recover. Remember the laws in NC only protect the seller and agent not the buyer. I am sure she does not give us another thought but we will unfortunately never forget Roxanne!! Two regretful seniors
